Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders of $50 CAD or more.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for customers in the Sault Ste. Marie area. Pickup details will be provided after your order is confirmed.
Delivery Estimates
Shipping times are estimates only and begin after your order has been processed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
For tracked shipments, please contact us if your package appears lost or significantly delayed. We may work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
Economy shipping without tracking cannot always be located once it has been mailed, so customers who prefer tracking should select Standard Shipping at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and help with an appropriate solution.
